What we make

• FOD plugs

  Foam plugs sized to your hole, port, duct, or cavity, wrapped in coated nylon that won't shed. Optional pull tabs, streamers, or a printed or embroidered ID. Press in to seal; pull out clean.

• Work pads

  Kneeling, crawling, and lay-down pads for wings, fuselages, and stands. Wipe-clean coated nylon over foam, in the thickness and firmness you specify.

• Surface protection pads

  Custom shapes that cover finished, coated, or sensitive areas during assembly, test, and maintenance.

• Custom-fit foam pads

  CNC-cut on our Laguna Swift 5 x 10 ft vacuum-table CNC from your drawing, template, or sample, then enclosed.

• 3D-printed TPU alternatives

  Flexible TPU plugs and bumpers for when a printed shape works better than foam, run on our fleet of 20 Creality K2 Plus printers.

Typical pricing and lead time

Most single enclosed pads or FOD plugs run about $350 each, depending on size, foam, closures, and quantity. Quantity pricing and blanket POs are available. Standard turnaround is two weeks, with rush work available.
