This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the internal operations and accounting application (the "App") provided by Rough Cut Manufacturing ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, the user ("you") agrees to this Agreement.
The Company grants authorized employees and administrators a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for the Company's internal business purposes. The App is not licensed for use by the general public.
You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes and only with the access granted to you. You will not attempt to access data or functions beyond your authorization, reverse engineer the App, or use it to harm the Company or any third party.
The App may connect to the Company's QuickBooks Online company through the Intuit API to synchronize accounting data. The connection is authorized by a Company administrator and is used only to access the Company's own QuickBooks data. Use of QuickBooks and Intuit services is also subject to Intuit's own terms.
The App and all associated intellectual property remain the property of the Company and its licensors. Business data processed in the App belongs to the Company.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Company is not a certified provider of tax or accounting services; accounting outputs should be verified by a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
The Company may suspend or revoke access at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
